Default LAMBDA VOLTAGE

after eventually getting all the little bits done on my 93 wrx i am still getting cel code 22 popping up.i have been keeping an eye on the voltage of the lambda on my techtom and its reads 0.00v sometimes at low rpm to 0.08v and sometimes i get 0.4v.what voltage should i be seeing???
the techtom showing running rich one minute then lean when the lambda voltage is under 0.1v so thinking that my lambda is fooked

On tick over and off boost (open loop) it should flick pretty much continually. From 0.1v (very lean), to around 0.6v (Stoich). Then on boost (closed loop) 0.6v to 0.9v (rich).
I may be a .1v out here and there, but you get the idea.

well finally found out what has been throwing the cel 22 code up....thought might be maf or lambda but was actually hks sqv blow off valve.
was full of crap so gave a good clean out and also the 10mm adjuster was not wound in at all so wound in to increase the spring pressure and not valve holding boost a lot better and car lovely and smooth and back to normal!!!!
