the reason I am discussing up pipes is that i have an issue with full boost not coming at the desired rpm.

So, which inner diameter is best suited for a classic for up to 400bhp and which up pipe that will last and not break after 6 months?

I will get in contact with Harvey though.

thanks!

A standard ported uppipe should be good enough for up to 400. As its an unknown uppipe the diameter might not be suited to your setup ie too big a diameter which will effect spool up.
as you say speak to Harvey and he will put you on the right track
