Are you talking about adjusting the pedal travel and the biting/engaging points?

ummm ... where do i start. Right i had my car remapped today with flat shifting and what what the mapper noticed was that when he let go of the clutch whilst flat shifting the clutch made a slight judder before biting and pulling away. He told me it was like some sort of clutch switch or spring that may need some lubing or adjusting. I wanted to know if i could fix this myself or would it be a garage job ? Not really too sure what the mapper guy was on about to be honest thats why i thought i'd ask you guys if you know what im talking about here lol.

Ok - in that case I haven't a clue.
Not really one for flat shifting I'm afraid.

Done a bit more research on this today. The bit i am on about that needs adjusting is called a clutch switch aka as the starter interlock. I am just wondering now do you guys have to depress your clutch pedal in order to start the engine ? Ive just read that if you are able to start your engine without depressing your clutch, then it is this clutch switch that need adjusting. Hope someone can help me out further on this. Posted the link of the pdf also.

Yours must be an import? UK cars do not need the clutch depressed for starting.

It's a UK car john, just wondering if you needed to dip the clutch for starting. So do the UK cars have this so called clutch switch that i have been told to adjust ? Really need someone who knows about flat foot shifting on this as when i let go of the clutch after shifting, the clutch engages with a nasty jolting bite before engaging the flywheel putting the power down and pull away (the issue is a slight delay from when i let go of the clutch pedal to the clutch enagaging the flywheel). Be great if someone could shed some light on this.

You must have a switch fitted to enable FFS. Someone must have fitted one!
If you get on your knees and look up where the pedal shafts go, you should see it. The brake pedal will also have one, for the brake light.

As for adjustment I think you'll have to see what adjustment it has.....I.e, in/out or up/down. I'd suggest moving it either down or out towards the engine.

Or the switch maybe sticking? So could need some lube or replacing.

Hope that makes sense.

Thanks for that info Chris. Shall be having a look later this evening. Any idea what these FFS switches look like ?
