I on the left hand side of the block I have a brether pipe. There appears to be some oil coming form the black box that it comes from. It is a little bit

No.
On the left hand side of the engine. Sits on top of the rocker cover, small oblong ish box with black pipe from the top of it. The black box looks like its in 2 halves and there is a little bit of oil there. Its not the rocker cover gasket

That is the breather, there is another one on the otherside.

It shouldnt be in two halves ??

There is a seal underneath it.

Undo the bolts, lift it off...clean and reseal.

Thats it.
