You have to get one from the same year car, then there is more chance of it fitting.

If I were you, I'd ask the seller specfically if it will fit a 98 UK car.

Are you on about suspension strut or strut brace???

As your title to thread is different to your question.

If you are on about a strut brace, they are all the same fitment 92-00.

If you are on about suspension strut, then I'm not 100% sure.

If you are on about a front strut brace, of a classic impreza wrx sti the yes it will fit your car. If you are on about the newage(2001+) strut brace then NO it wont fit your 98 car as the hole alignment is totally different.
