A little more information on the car would help, age, mods ect.

First move would be to check the whole boost/vac system for blocked/cracked/split or off hoses, including the hose to the rear of the boost gauge and the one under the i/c.

Can you hear any air leaks when driving??

Not really!

You have no idea what the fault is.

Checked all pipes can't find no leaks or loose piping, only intercooler was slightly loose, tightened all up and still no job so I'm guessing its turbo

I don't have A, B or C pipe connected to the BCS. But I have a manual boost control valve on my engine

If it is a cheaper MBC then the spring may have gone soft.
Personally, i would test the BCS and if it works, re-plumb it and see if the boost comes on as it should.

You must also ask 'why' has the MBC been fitted??

When I rev the engine the BCS makes a clicking noise, I was only running 11psi before, should I try and disconnect the MBC and see if I get any pressure through the pipe? As I'm not sure how to plumb the BCS back in

Re plumbing the BSC is easy, one of the hoses from the MBC goes to the turbo and the other to the actuator. In the diagram below you will see you merely replace the MBC with the BCS.

If you remove the hose from the turbo nipple or actuator BE VERY CAREFUL as you can easily boost to destruction in this state.

Pipework isn't long enough to reach to BCS but I disconnected. MBC and left pipes there, started engine and reved there was no pressure through pipes

Tried everything nothing to do with pipes bcv mbv, took air filter and piping off to get to turbo, tried to spin the fan and was solid. Managed to free it off so was spinning freely but soon as I started car it seized again
