Default Classic Catch Can Fitting V3/4

Have a car has a catch can fitted but is only connected to the can by the to head breathers . Have had alot of oil coming through the DV due to the crank breather still being connected into the inlet pre turbo and also still connected to the pcv valve below the throttle body does anyone have a plan/diagram of how the correct fitting should be. If this does not fix the oil issue through the DV then the turbo is coming off again not long had it fixed by AET the joys of subaru ownership hahaha

Thanks

Clay
