Right guys little stuck on this one, 96 wrx,

here is what is wrong, interior light not working nor the door ajar lamp on the cluster, rear screen lamp not on either when button depressed, but here is the real fubar,
my central locking seems to have developed a strange way of working, if the ignition is on and the doors closed it works fine, if i open a door or switch ignition off then it does not work, i have checked all fuses and are fine, all i can think is the door circuit is some how affecting it, maybe a relay has lost power somewhere and is only working on an ignition feed, does anyone have a link too or a schmatic diagram to this section of imprezas i can follow before i start stripping the car, or know of a problem like this,

found 1< but any ideas the difference between a keyless entry with hook and 1 without hook??????

 

Could it be an alarm problem?

Does it show the SAME problem when ANY door is opened, or a particular one?

 

nothing to do with alarm bud,

and any door that is open causes problem, it has to be the interior light circuit surely, will get volt meter out tomorrow, hmm although any ideas are welcome............

 

FIXED: well somehow somewhere, the power supply to the interior light has failed causing the cdl to back track through the igniton feed, dont know why or how but i fitted a fused 3amp supply to the interior light supply and all is as it should be,
