Smoke :(
Can anyone help my bugeye has started to smoke. when left over night it puffs a cloud of blue smoke on start up for around 5 secs and clears and then when the car is hot and you let off the thottle for a while say going down a hill or coming to a junction and then apply the thottle again it will buff a bit of blue smoke. If you keep on the thottle all the time it deosnt smoke can anyone help.

Im happy if its the turbo seals as I know the turbo have alot of surge it shouldnt so wouldnt mind replaceing it anyway I wouldnt be so happy if its rings 
but am I right in saying if its rings it would smoke on boost and more offen. I drove it this morning and apart from the smoke on start up for like 5 secs it didnt smoke again on the 7mile jouney I took it on .
