Default 98 Classic turbo 2000, No power.

I have been to work and back today. Car was fine, turbo kicks in and power was all there. Then I take it for a quick spin around the block and parked the car. Then again after half hour I wanted to go for a drive and there is no power. Cannot hear the turbo or the dump valve. Had a look but cannot see as it was too dark. Please help as this is my first scooby and turbo charged car.

What can this be? What do I have to look for? Thank you.

Same happened to me, dont worry. Take ur time and go around the entire engine bay especially boost sensor and actuator hosing. Vacuum pipes aswell. I found a split vacuum hose. Hope this helps.

Glad to hear it, but just take a few minutes to think when you drive it for the next few weeks, "Do I trust this car....................?"

LOL
