depends how many years ago cambelt has been done. if approx 3 you should do it again
and what has been done, only belt (its cheapest way but not better)or full kit with tensioner and water pump. and when, some do it at 40k miles some at 60k.if pulleys are close to go you will heard it but a problem is you need to heard before proper one
have a look on discs and pads(pads brand- if 30pounds pads used you will lost breakes after 3rd hard breaking) ,suspension,tyres- it say a little about owner what kind of tyres he use, cheap he save money and that could be on other things-thats my opinion only but it works.
oil which one he used mineral or synthetic.(if mineral or semi when you put synthetic it will flush/clean engine and could be leaking.
if you have skills check alternator load my has gone but i had warranty.
about prodrive should be with certificate and you can check it via VIN number- im not sure but try call to subaru dealer.

I bought my WRX at 54k miles, they are due to 60k I got mine due at 61k miles. Defo get it done if you have no proof it has been done, and get the tensioners done too.
