running in

ive heard many different theories to this but stil unsure. My v4 sti is currently getin headgaskets done. How many miles before i can toe it again? On a bike, it doesnt make a difference imho

As above, the only thing i would do personaly is go for a steady drive for about 20 or so miles to make sure everything is as it should be.

Would highly advise that far in to just renew the bearings and piston rings if budget can stretch
