As near to 0 for toe front and rear. But this is dictated by the camber to an extent.
On std struts, I think you can get -ve 1.0deg camber at the front, and -ve 1.5 at the rear. Don't really wanna go much more than -1.5 all round on the road, as your'e not cornering like a loon everywhere after all! (Compromise of cornering grip vs tyre wear)
To get -1.5 or more at the front, you'll need a set of camber bolts fitted to the struts - about £20 for the pair. You can also fit some to the rear too, if you really want more than -1.5 at the rear......
