Default Baffled Sump advice

Hi, I've recently started to trackdays and am looking to do alot more. At the moment the car is standard engine wise bar a cat back exhaust.

My question and worry is after talking to others is problems with the oil. I have been told a baffled sump is the best way to cure this. What would be the best cure for this other than a 2k+ dry sump kit. Car is a 98 uk turbo 2000.

Cheers

Mike
