emissions to high mot
Hi im new to this site and any forum site so please bare with me!
I have a 1995 impreza 2000 turbo. im looking for a exhaust system that will get me through an M.O.T can anyone help??????

If your car is running properly then all you need is the exhaust centre section from a standard Impreza exhaust system which has a cat in it to pass an MoT.
Take it for a good blast before going for the MoT to get the cat ignited, then get them to do the emissions test straight away. Once you have the MoT certificate return home, remove the original section and replace with the de-cat section

hi mate, all you need is a downpipe cat.
you need to below 0.3 on emisions.
and the statment aboth, here in notts cars are know being checked if noisey
im selling both, a down pipe cat & catback magnex system if your interested

The emissions are to high cos i have a 3"straight through exhaust with no cat on down pipe or mid section. And yes its loud got pulled today for it!!!!
What you looking for, for your parts?? what size is the exit pipe?

i had a magnex cat back system and standard down pipe cat
im selling the whole lot, i broke the car for parts, ive also got a newish lamba

i live in notts, for this lot, you'dreally need to collect it all
regards calipers. i fitted brembos to mine, and royal mail put pay to them, they lock one of them. and still waiting to hear back from them
still, make me an offer. theres the downpipe cat, lamba & the magnex cat back system (stainless)

well it was off an legacy. so really its a good couple of years old. but regards to how much its been used. the last test got 0.01which is very low
the cat back system, is reasonably old to me, and covered around 11k
