Default Spraying my headlight blobeye

Hi just wondering has any tried spraying the chrome inside the headlight black my lights are allready de-tangod, think it would look really good,saw the black headlight on a jdm looked great. thank you.

easy plit the light again like you did to detango it,
take out the silver part rub down with wet n dry sandpaper and paint black then re assemble easy!!!

use satin black from halfords etc etc but make sure its 100% dry ie leave it for 48 hours as the vapour in the paint can attack the lens

plain satin black paint as it does not get hot,as i say just make sure there fully dry before you reseal them back together ,

Forgot to ask the main Q whats the easiest way to open up the lens had it de-tangod by the previous owner

i always use a paint stripper heat gun ,as no risk of damage. takes bout 15mins to part

cheers 12 months ago was bog standard wrx then got the scooby itch for the 2nd time running lol
