Default acl duraglide 780 or the race bearings

whats the difference with the above bearings? which are best suited to a engine refresh for a standard my95 wrxsti

all the big power builds have acl race bearings, so i would go with them

From what I have read the race bearings are too hard for standard rods so stick with the duraglide ones.
