exhaust manifolds??

exhaust manifolds??
ladies gent,
I'm thinking offitting a stainless steel exhaust manifold to my 04 STi some questions about it though...
Will it increase my power output?
will it be louder?
would i need a remap once it is fitted?
if i do get the increase what is a good company to go for?
are they easy to fit?
i'm currently running 320BHP on the standard ECU having remapped it with a full de-cat, 255 fuel pump, and HKS racing air intake which i'm hoping to arrange a cld air feed through the front fog drivers side into the wing.
hope someone can help me!!!!
as my house mate is a TOOL and has an FQ300 (****ing queer) evo and i wil not be beaten on power!!!
cheers and maybe spot a one day

first of all i will just say dont go on ebay lol i had nuffin but trouble for 6 months and my bigest regretful mod and make sure u buy a 3 bolt manilfold with upipe, i would say go for either rogerclark motorsprot or lateral performance.
yes wil defo increase power all depends on ur mods
it shud b louder but also ur car will sound bit more tinni like a m3
and remap recomended but not compulsory
