hi guys what do i need to fit a external wastegate.. apart from the external wastegate itself !?

Rotated turbo pipe work, RCM ones are the best and retail for around £1k plus the dreaded VAT

Any reasoning why you want to do this :S loads of people running high BHP with the turbo's own wastegate
