Default servicing advice

hey

relatively new but bought a 53 wrx turbo which missed a service and is at 57k so giving it a good overhaul!!

just done the timing belt idlers, waterpump/coolant flush and tensioner. ive got disks and pads at the ready, platinum ngk's and an oil filter.

few q's...

where the hell are the spark plugs (lol) and what gap should the plugs be at?
what grade oil would you recommend?
and should i use an engine flush as its been 20k since its last oil change!!

totally stock motor

thanks for your help.
