Default just swapped td04 for vf30 - got problems

hi guys, so this afternnon i swapped out my td04 for a vf 30 on my 99 uk t plate classic, few little niggles here and there like someone had already misplaced the stud nuts for the turbo so its got two bolts and one nut holding the turbo on. what thread are these ?

next the guy who i bought the vf30 from had removed the bit which connects the wastegate spring pipe to the intercooler inlet pipe missing. where can i get one of these ?

was going to ring remappers in morning, been on a test run and up to shop, only about 3 miles and its already overheating, lost quite a bit of coolant when swapping turbo over so i topped back up , is there any need for bleeding it ? so i turned it off for the night. is it overheating because it needs a remap ? should i be worried ?

help please
