Default Boost issue!

Hi all,

Replaced all my vacuum hoses today with samco pipe work and cleaned 2 port solenoid out. Put ot all back together and now is only boosting 0.5bar???? I was running 1bar before with slight hesitation hence the clean up. Any suggestions?
I did fit a new actuator but thought that would be set ok.....I have adjusted it slightly but made no diffrence.

Have you taken the small brass jet from your original hose from turbo to T - piece and fitted into new samco hoses?...

Yeah, the original t broke as it was brittle. Replaced with t-piece from Halfords.....
Do the funny bends before solenoid restrict boost?

It is inside the hose which goes from the turbo to the "T"..Not visible unless you poke it out with a poking stick! If that is not in situ then you will get full turbo pressure on the actuator and hence only 0.5 bar.
