Default Twinscroll headers and up pipe

I bought a 2nd had set of twinscroll headers and up pipe recently, guy said that they have been ported. Both sections came delivered in one piece, i want to take them apart to check the connection between up pipe and header flange to see if that was ported, and there is a bit of movement like its not secured properly, i can only see some u shaped clamps connecting the two parts together. If i loosen these clamps will i be able to get the up pipe off or do i need to remove any of the heat shielding? Just want to make sure parts are in good condition before i get them fitted to my legacy with the rest of the upgraded parts.

Cheers
Dan

If your legacy is a 2ltr then your going to need the sump too (and maybe a new dipstick and tube)

Thanks for reply Tony. My legacy has twinscroll setup as standard so sump is already suitable. Cheers

so from closer inspection it looks like whoever did the porting tack welded some of the heat shielding together, i wanted to put a new gasket in where the up meets the headers, will have to leave this to the mechanic so! also looks like on of the U clamps snapped before and was welded back nut snapped again when i tried to take off heat shields. Does anyone know if you can buy replaceemnt clamps?
