Sort of.
The middle hanger wont fit, so either bend it out of the way or bend to fit.
The rest of it will line up OK

 

Dont know, but i fitted a classic exhaust to my bugeye the other day and as "Butty" said all bolt holes lined up and the 2 hangers near the pipe exit also aligned, but the rear hanger didnt line up (faces opposite way), but i disregarded it as i already had 2 on the backbox and the hangers on the mid pipe did enough of a job for me.
