Lightbulb EJ25 crank + big/small end bearings into ej20 block

hi folks i was wondering if someone could give me abit off advice. i am currently in posestion of a EJ25 crank + big/small end bearing and i was hopeing to be able to fit to my EJ20 block would this be possiable....
any advice on this would be appreciated thanks in advance

I am sure you are going to get a lot of good answers for this. I think they use a 2.5 crank in a 2.0 block for a 2.1 conversion etc. Like i say someone with a more solid answer should be around soon.

The crank will fit but because of the longer stroke (79mm instead of 75mm), regular 2.0 pistons will sit 2mm above the block. You need to get pistons with the wrist-pin 2mm lower for them to fit correctly. Some aftermarket companies make them, unfortunately I don't have a link to any.

The Crank may not fit your block as it depends if your EJ20 block is center or rear thrust and if the EJ25 crank is centre or rear thrust.
Then you have the issue of the 79mm stroke as saiklon put above.
