judder in 4th gear

judder in 4th gear
hi there.i had my car serviced last week.all was fine till i took it for a run. then i noticed that when i put my foot down the car would seem to judder then go.it only happens when in 4th gear? my car is a uk 2000 turbo .any help would be good thanks.
