Backbox sound

Backbox sound

would removing the centre silencer but keeping the sti backbox on my spec d improve the sound much? As i want to keep it looking standard so dont want to change the rear box.

if the backbox your on about has a stainless stell tip with sti on it, then no, as that has got to be the quietest backbox out there for a subaru.

id recommend Hayward and scott. they make subtle looking back-boxes with a nice grumble, are expensive but quality is brilliant.

I like the look of the tsl group n one. do you know if that makes a nice sound?
