evaporation and perge valve
Hey all,
On MY02, the evaporation and perge valve has a few pipes and solenoid plus a round shape valve, are these things really required? What do tuners do with them when they install pre-turbo inlet pipes with no pipe fittings? If the perge valve is faulty (I've already replaced one a couple of years ago), will it cause idle issues?

Hmm, gut feeling is that way wrong for EG arrow incorrect. EG hopefully meaning exhaust gas (vapours need burning) so would need to be to pre-turbo inlet pipe. I think my valve is slightly leaking boost in that case, looking for spares now...
I've more concerns over this, I wonder if the OE purge valve breaks if you run between 1.6 and 1.8 bar +?
