Milltek 3"decat exhaust
NGK 7B plugs
Walbro 255 fuel pump

Agree with the above, an advantage would be that you have constant cold air, so no heat soak, cars keep producing to its potential, rather than backing off when intake temps get high with a top mount.

dont attack me for this, but isnt it better to have the air as cold as possible going into the engine?
yes a top mount will take 400bhp but engine is going to be running hotter so potental for possible failure is increased.
i put a fmic on my classic and gained 20.8bhp with a very basic spec and a knackered td04. the mapper was also able to have the mix on the leaner side as the air was cooler and denser with the fmic so my mpg went up aswell.
win win in my opinion.
like i said at the top dont attack me (there are some very opinionated people on here), just my two pennys worth.

I had one on my STI when first mapped and it made 340 bhp. It was also stated that it allowed more ignition timing to be added for better mid-range performance... that was way back years ago. Still have the FMIC and she's now running 2 bar of boost on a much bigger turbo !

You are at the diviving line of where you will get a clear benefit. Your turbo is capable of 360 bhp with all supporting mods. If you plan to go further with your car then an efficient FMIC will show clear benefits.
Measuring air charge temperatures will help determine what benefits you may derrive. ACTs over 40C and there are gains to be had. By 70C you clearly need to take action, performance gains are considerable and you are probably adding safety to your engine.
