which exhaust? Blitz nur spec R or Miltek???

ok i have a blitz nur spec R on my blobeye Sti, car pushing about 390hp, as it was at MOCOM a guy with a bugeye liked the sound of my exhaust and wanted his car to sound louder as he has a Miltek, and i'm looking to go abit quieter as mine has pops n bangs mapped in and boy is mine noisy!!
so he wants to swap his for mine, and i wanted to know build quality wise are they like for like? Will there be any difference on performance?....thoughts please
