Same thing has happened to my mates Classic, he`s checked all the fuses, but no joy.
I`m thinking its relay or something but which one I dunno.

My mate said he`s checked all the fuses and they looked ok, he said he was fitting a boost gauge and think he earthed the rear fog wiring on it, and being an import the fog lamp wiring is a right pigs ear.

Is there a relay or is it 100% fuse and hes just not looked properly?

from what i gather it all stems from somethingelse, either fog light bulb blown, stereo fitting, or general bad wire somewhere so will get looking asap

updat finally got some daylight time to look, and the fuse was plain and simply mising, centre console is lit up but cant see if clocks are as its to bright, the clock dims as i put on the lights so guessing power is getting to that area.

Same thing happened to me today. Haven't figured it out yet, will check the fuse tomorrow. The earth for the fog came out while I was removing the plastic section under the steering surround... bit annoying if the fuse blew that easy.

two things:
1. NEVER rely on a visual check of a blade fuse. ALWAYS remove it and use a fuse checker or a multimeter.

2. Stop with the stuff about relays.
First off, tiny stuff like dash lights doesn't need a relay, and second, relays rarely, if ever, go wrong. The ones that do are generally because they got filled with water, etc.
