Still dont understand (hesitation)

My 04 wrx has bad throttle response and slight hesitation after 2000k but does clear, it is decat and forge dump valve, i do have a EML on aswell.

hes done his bottom end in doug hes put a thread up have killed my scooby gutted for him would hate that noise in his sound clip
