Default turbo advise

ok basicly my standard turbo is failing(smokey start up, oil in breather, loosing boost etc.) so its time for a turbo upgrade. the car is 1 of the first v5 type rs in oct 98. with a fully forged bottom end and semi closed deck block (outa an 04/05 model i think) running the standard v5/v6 heads that have been mildly ported. wat id like to know is wat turbo is goina give best result while still retaining the standard position. my car see's little use and is intended for a good bit of track use when finished and the odd weekend. i want as much power as possible from the setup i have and aint too worried about lag as its gettin jap ratio dccd 6 speed at the same time. alough it is someting i think i have to take to consideration. i think 500 would be achievable, is this too much to ask? also wat is the recomended injectors for each recomended turbo please?
thanks in advance

junky

To get 500hp fella you'll need to spend BIG

TX.

PS

My 321t gets 447hp.
