Is your 2.5 STi a hawkeye or hatch - if so then its ILFR6B for 2.5 heads

So are the heads from a 2.0 or 2.5 engine?

Then you can be pretty sure that you need to fit the PFR design of plugs..

If however, you have 2.5ltr heads fitted to your 2.5ltr block, the correct plugs would be the ILFR's.

You need to be sure about this, as fitting the wrong type could be costly.
