sti version 2 manifold swap for a version 4

hey all im looking for a guide to upgrade my sti version 2 manifold to a version 3/4 but i cant find a guide that shows all what needs to be changed can any one help

well i have a face lift bonnet and i have the intercooler would have been nice to put it to a good use
