Default Hatch upgrades, Stering/Suspension/Other:

Just wondering what people were using for the above:

Apparently theres a 'steering feel' mod or adjustment to help with that lack of feeling/lightness ?

What make ARBs are people using?

You using adjustable ARB's or not? In my opinion adjustable anything can be a pain in the ***, simpley because im never happy and constantly adjusting. So, what you using?

Gonna need brake pads soon, anyone tried the cosworth ones? £120odd compared to £280 from Subaru and theres £70 for cheap pish from motor factors. Cosworth ones seemed good anyone tried them?

Springs too whats the verdict? Prodrive or Eibach? Are the std shockers upto it? Coilovers are out for me, roads are bollocks, better for track setup only.

ECu remaps, what are people using: remapped? aftermarket ecu? piggback? whats your experience with whoever you chose to do it?

All fer nooo

You need to speak to Iain @ Litchfield Imports, they have everything you need on the shelf, if you speak to him nicely he might even give you some geometry settings.

Does anyone know anything about the power steering pump "valving" process as a trip to power station is out of the question (400 miles away)

HIYA Plastikman.
I have spoke to power station about this, and all they told me was that they put a different spring into pump body . and that helps make steering feel better, other than that ? im in the dark to..waiting for my warrenty to run out first before i go ahead with mods,
you might be able to just buy the spring off them, and fit it yourself.. give um a ring. let me know how you get on.
cheers scoobymike
