Default Newage fitted fmic now engine light

Hi,

I have recently fitted a new fmic to my newage impreza sti along with a new cone filter.

Car was running fine until I refuled and now the following items have occured
1. Engine light has come one
2. Car keeps cutting out when stationary and sometimes when moving (out of gear)

I have done a little research and to check fault I should plug the green and black plugs together. I have located the green plugs but cant seem to find the black plugs? Is this only for classics or is it also applicable for newage aswell?

If it helps car is mapped with aps filter before....

Thank you in advance

The plug method wont work with a newage car. You will need to get it pluged into a diognostic computer. I would suggest getting it mapped for the FMIC or you will cause some serious engine damage.

Needs a map. Mine played up when I changed from wrx top mount to sti top mount.

Give Dynamix a shout. Mine now runs as smooth as.

Be careful until she's mapped - stay off the boost.
