Default Diagnostic help please classic impreza sti

My car is a sti v5 1999 type-r and when I check black plugs under dash it flashers code 23 so I have replaced the air mass with new genuine Subaru part and reset ecu all clear, took car on road test and checked again but same code showing, connected both black and green connectors to reset but on road test it flashers code 32 lambda, tried to reset again with connectors and same again fault
code 32, turned engine off and just connected black one and it only shows code 23, any ideas and how do I reset cheers.

On a classic you can just disconnect the battery for 20-30 mins, that does the job

Thanks Tony I will try that, doesn't the connector method allways work ?
