Default Cam Gear

Hi,

I've just started changing the cambelt on my '94 sti ra and I have plastic cam gear.

I've only done 3 other impreza belts on ej20 and they've all had metal cam gear.

I'm not too worried just wondered if plastic pulleys were quite common and ok or should they be changed for steel?

Cheers,
Nick.
