Baby seats in Classics

Baby seats in Classics
I have a 97 car that doesn't have ISOfix baby / child seat connectors.
I remember growing up my Dad drilled holes and bolted fixing points for 2inch straps for a bucket seat for me, I'm sure this is much better than using the adult seat belt.
Anyone done anything similar?
Anyone know if you can get after market ISOfixings? Having had a quick look at whats needed and the way Impreza rear seats work, it looks like suitable brackets could be made and bolted in pretty easily.
Have a few months before I need this yet though
Thanks

To the op - i dont think you can buy after market isofix fittings. You could try and fabricate one yourself, but to be honest the std seatbelt does a good job, just make sure you check the seat is still fitted tight every week or so.
