Default Cross member bushes

Hi,

Thinking about trying to do this myself.

Bought some washer for the rear cross member, and was wondering if anyone has done this, also how to do it?

Looks straight forward, just unbolt and put in. But have thought this before in the past. and been on it all day.

Can anyone help at all.

Thanks
