Default Service Advice pls

The scoob is up for service and looking at doing it myself, but need advice on the following pls:-

What is the best engine oil to use considering the car has done 133000 miles? (semi or fully syn??)

The best plugs to fit as the boost is now around 1.1bar?

Also i will need to replace the discs and pads all around. Got to stick with the 2 pot fronts and 277F/266Rmm discs for now due the original speedlines. Any suggestions or recommendations pls?

ta. Kyle

cheers M8s

I will try Opie as well, but Millers sounds good.

I would like to buy the 4 pots but it will mean changing the original prodrive speedlines as they do not have the clearance like the RB5 ones.
