Get a new belt. unless it is loose tightening it further will put excessive pressure on the bearings of the alternator and power steering pump, resulting in their premature demise and cost lots.

As said before, sounds like the belt is loose, tighten it up....... I thought they auto adjusted on these... I could be wrong.
If the belt is already tight try the old trick with a crayola crayon Start the engine, Get a Big Fat crayola Crayon out and just push it on the underside of the belt making the noise, the crayon will vanish pretty quickly as will the squeak
This worked a charm on my old Classic WRX LOL

NO auto adjust; just a bolt on the alternator, loosen the main locking bolt (which faces the radiator) to allow it to pivot and then adjust the long threaded bolt that goes vertically. Grip the belt to check if it is tighter. Tighten locking bolt when finsihed.
If its a newer year car it may have a belt cover, which needs to be removed to get access.
At the same time look at the ribbed side of the belt, any sign of cracks, burn/scorch mark (from slipping) or missing chunks, its time to get a replacement before it snaps.
