V5 STI, the red paint on the manifold has flaked off.

How hard is it to get the inlet manifold off with the engine still in the car?

What else needs to be removed?

AC compressor, pas pump assembly, alternator, 3 wiring harness connectors ( 2 behind battery & 1 on the o/s inner wing near the airbox) fuel lines, vacuum line to brake servo, intercooler & unplug cam sensor, crank sensor, coolant temp sensor & pas sensor. Then header tank & undo the turbo inlet jubilee clip then 8 bolts for the inlet manifold & lift off over the water pipe that feeds from the bottom of the header tank to the cross over pipe. If you have some mechanical knowledge it should take you around an hour or so.
