just been offered a CUSCO Exedy twin plate clutch kit with lightened fly wheel and release bearing for a good price, but it needs new plates where about's is the best place to buy? direct from cusco? or is there any where else.

 

The friction plates are not cheap - Around £300 each IIRC

If the steel plates also require replacement, then it's probably not economically viable to replace all of it.
