Default Pulley wheels removel help ..

Hi peeps ... just recently ordered a 4 peice lightweight pulley set from cdf racing, althought i havent recived yet im just trying to get a headstart on what tools are needed ? and gain some advise on what the best course of action is to make this job as painless as posible. The engine is currently not in the car but on a engine stand so i have full access to the front of the engine.. from what ive gathered so far this may take some time to get the oe pulleys removed.. the car is a 95 wrx import

thanx in advance

The key to doing the crank pully is you need a 2nd person, and cheat bar..the rest is fairly easy...
good video..http://www.hspn.tv/?videoid=65&catid=1

hi bob yes the video was very helpfull thanks ...unfortunatly the engine is not in the car so cannot put into gear or have someone jump on brakes so im stuck as the crank is still going to move, so still wondering if i should wait till i get the engine back inplace in the car then do it or if there is a way of locking the crank inplace while the engine is out .... cheers
