Smoke from under the turbo

What is this likely to be? Started from cold (v. cold) this morning and within minutes I can smell smoke. It looks like its coming from under the turbo.

is it oily? if so could be the rocker cover gasket

I used to get a small amount of smoke, but visible, come out of the scoop while sat in traffic. Never managed to locate the source. Never became serious enough to cause concern.

Is it out of the blue or did you move the turbo recently?
If so then oil drain hose not pushed fully onto sump return.

Otherwise the rocker gasket is leaking. It may have shrunk a bit in the cold.
