will a wrx sti auto be able to be converted to a manual

Yea anything can be done at a price. I dont know exactly what needed. It may well need maual driveshafts,prop and rear diff

It's more bother than it's worth as there are many different parts you would need

would be far cheaper to sell it and buy a manual one. even the map is likely to be different on an auto.

+1 , pretty sure all sti's made were manual transmissions,as the autobox won't pull 8000 rpm like an sti ;6800 tops before hitting rev limiter re.

I'm pretty sure are STi with autobox(IIRC are JDM STi bugeye or Blobeye with 4EAT and Sport Shift-Tiptronic on steering wheel)...
