Default if i put a td05 turbo on a 05 wrx

hi guys just need some info if you can help plz, if i put a td05 16g turbo on a 05 wrx would i have to change all the gaskits, also i.m goiny for walbro 255 fuel pump, 550cc pinks, sti intercooler, straight through exhaust, air induction kit & remap, what rouhly b.h.p could this achieve thanks

should be good for 320-330 bhp the turbo wont go much further han that bud

I don't know if a TD05 will fit without modification

Physically it should be a straight swap but you will need that remap before you try and run any boost. As for gaskets you could chance your original gaskets and they might be okay, but for the sake of £25ish from http://www.japanesecarimports.net/pa...77&var=51&dc=y for genuine parts it's hardly worth the chance when a blow will require a complete removal and refit.

I'd go for a VF34 if I was you or second choice the VF35 - you'll see a better top end with similar spool. Ditch the induction kit and stick to a panel filter - also budget for a de-cat up-pipe.
