WHICH GEARBOX OIL SHOULD I USE???

As per title. My car V2 STI 96 5 Speed

Which one should I use and what's the gearbox capacity?

i think from my poor memory its 4 litres (some one will correct me im sure) and the best stuff to use if its a normal gearbox,not dccd etc is the castrol syntrax stuff
